Travel With Me In My Italy Travel Adventures
Why Travel With Me Around Italy?
Going alone is the best way to explore new places and see the world. But I hear you. It takes guts to step out of your comfort zone and venture into something new. Making the first step into the solo travel world can be daunting. As a mindset and energy coach, I’m here to empower you through this process.

What are my trips and tours all about?
My solo travel groups aim to guide you through this challenging step-by-step process. Help you clear the mental clutter, bring new fresh awareness into your life, create connectedness with self and inspire you to be joyfully solo in your future travel experiences. My mission is to raise your energy level together and help you increase your confidence in feeling good, in your skin, and anywhere on your own.
With +30 years of solo adventures around the world, I’ve gone through the highs and the lows of solo travel at different stages and know well the pros and cons of solo travel vs group travel.
My tours bring solo travellers together to experience places as a community of like-minded individuals, help you hone your soft skills and become more present and connected with your (travel) choices and actions.

What to expect from the Rocky Travel Solo Tours?
My Italy Tours are for women over 50. I will take you to Italy’s lesser-known and beautiful places, with a small group of a maximum of twelve people. Sicily, the Dolomites and more Italian destinations are the places you will be exploring with me. Some tours are women-only. Some are open to everyone with the only condition that you are +50.
The Best Of Sicily Trip in May 2023
The Best of Sicily Trip takes you through iconic landmarks and lesser-known unique places of Sicily. You will fully immerse yourself in the Sicilian culture with expert local guides from small hilltop villages to remote canyon regions and coastline sites. I’ve created the trip itinerary in collaboration with a Sicilian tour operator: a family-owned tour company that will look after the complete organisation and execution of our tour in Sicily.
Watch this short video for more tour details.

The Dolomites Hiking Trips
In the summer 2023, we will be touring together the Northern and Eastern Dolomites. If you are active and love hiking and exploring this ancient and unique place of Italy, you can join me and travel with me to the Dolomites. These groups are women-only, with max seven women. Here you can view all upcoming tours in Italy.

I LOVE Italy and Austria. Our honeymoon was in the South Tyrol region – you chose such a good place to show people! I normally travel with my husband these days, but i would have LOVED this kind of tour when I was single. Good luck with all your adventures. I hope it will all go really well!!

What an exciting start to the year. I love Italy and Australia. I love solo travel but I can understand why some people are worried about giving a go, your trips seem ideal for them

Traveling alone is incredible, but can also be exhausting. What an excellent way for women to travel in a way that is safe, communal, and takes care of a lot of the minutiae that can make solo travel stressful.

I kind of like the idea of travelling solo but joining groups of like-minded people for tours in between. Of course, Italy is a great destination to experience with other people. Good luck with your tours!

This is such a great idea! I have been traveling solo a couple of times, which I love. But for someone who has never traveled solo before or who wants to try something else – this is such a good opportunity!

That’s amazing. Love the comparison between travel companions and solo. They both have their benefits. All the best with your travel tours. I hope you and everyone who joins enjoy Italy and Australia. 🙂
