What people say of this trip - Tour Testimonials
Dolomites were breathtakingly beautiful with the rocky peaks and lush rolling mountains. Travelling with a small group of open minded women who were willing to take on the mountains, changing weather, train and bus schedules. Photo opportunities at every turn. Hiking was a little challenging but made the drinks even more tastier after hiking. Local people were friendly and lovely to see people wearing there regions costumes. Jazz festival was not my thing but nevertheless was great to experience the sounds from artists. Well planned trip, relaxing, challenging with a few laughs along the way. Hope to make it back some day, maybe a shopping trip to beautiful Bolzano! Overall a great trip to South Tyrol, Italy.

Michela is professional, experienced, and very patient with my group of 7. She goes out of her way to help us, even helping me find a good pair of hiking shoes when mine gave way. She also advised us on our onward trip to other parts of Italy. I recommend using Rocky Travel if you want to explore the Dolomites as Michela is so experienced in this area and you will have a great time with her enjoying the awesome Dolomites in Italy.

My trip to the Dolomites was a group of women who had never met before. It was great! We all got along and enjoyed the company. The places we visited were amazing, fields being scythed by hand. The mountain scenery was incredible. Wild flowers, cows with their big bells. We had food tastings and wine tastings. We happened to be at a beautiful hotel in the mountains for the proprietress' birthday party and were invited. There was the celebration of the Sacred Heart with big bonfires all along the mountain tops. Every place we stayed was wonderful. If it was be chance or great planning, the trip was wonderful and created a million memories.

Mountainous expeditions have never come to mind, as I have a vertical phobia. Being able to do the Dolomites built my confidence for future adventures. Dolomites are picturesque and breathtaking. We stayed in a small hotel that covered the landscape of mountains and Bolzano town. Michela guided us to areas that fit our physical and made alternative flexible plans when a few friends could not go further. She recommended traditional local restaurants and eateries with reasonable pricing. Every bit of our Dolomites tour was well thought out and cared for. Michela is not only Triprofessional and responsible but also a passionate and patient guide. Look for her help for a fuss-free Dolomites trip in Italy!
