It is best to know when the Mindil Markets start so that you can make the most of the time you spend there. There is so much to see at the markets, and they boast a wide variety of food stalls, indigenous art, craft, and handmade jewellery. Its atmosphere is electric, and the live music there delight the senses.

The Parap Markets

The Rapid Creek Market is located very close to the City Centre. It is one of the few markets in Darwin open on Sundays, and you can usually see a massive crowd of people enjoying its atmosphere. Due to the masses, it is best to take public transportation to this Sunday morning market as it may take too long to find a place to park your car. There are different varieties of fruits, vegetables, and delicious Asian food on sale at this market.

The Nightcliff Markets

The Nightcliff Markets are one of the attractive Sunday Markets in Darwin. They are open from 8 am to 2 pm every Sunday.
