I help independent travellers decide where to go and how to explore my home country, whether it’s figuring out how to get around or bringing your plans together to create lasting memories.
You can choose a focused consultation or full trip planning.

Both options are available for groups of up to four people. You’ll handle your own bookings, but I’ll be here to offer recommendations and guidance along the way.

During our 60-minute Zoom call, we review your plans, discuss your questions and identify changes that could improve the route, timing or logistics.

Included:

  • A 60-minute Zoom consultation.

  • Review of your existing route and questions.

  • Practical recommendations and agreed itinerary adjustments.

  • One comprehensive follow-up email summarising the advice.

This is a review of your existing plans, rather than a researched itinerary created from scratch.

Complete Italy Trip Planning

For travellers who want a personalised day-by-day itinerary, with the route, accommodation areas, transport and experiences considered together.

We discuss your interests, budget, preferred pace and practical needs. I then develop a plan explaining how each part of your trip fits together.

Included:

  • A 60-minute Zoom consultation.

  • A personalised route and day-by-day itinerary.

  • Recommendations on areas to stay and accommodation types.

  • Detailed transport and logistics guidance.

  • Activity and experience recommendations suited to your interests.

  • A final PDF with useful links and resources.

  • Three follow-up email exchanges to clarify and refine the agreed plan.

The scope and delivery timetable are confirmed before payment. Significant route changes, extra research or additional arrangements outside that scope are quoted separately.

HOW IT WORKS

I review your enquiry personally, confirm whether I can help and send the service details, fee and payment instructions.

3. Plan your journey.
Once payment is received, we arrange the consultation and begin the agreed work. You remain responsible for making your travel bookings.
