About me
My name is Michela Fantinel, I am Italian, was born and grew up in Italy. At the age
of 20 started travelling on my own and visited first countries like UK, Austria, Germany. As a student loved London and Vienna very much but could not make up my mind where I wanted to stay, after a few years around Europe, I found Munich quite interesting and settled down there. It was a wonderful time of my life, I gathered lots of experiences which allowed me to grow both professionally as well as personally.
After a long time working as sales & project manager I felt I needed a change, something new and different into my life, I decided to take a time off first in 2004 and again in 2008 when I finally chose to leave my job and dedicate myself to what I like most: to travel and to inspire others to travel and discover the world as well. Travelling to me means much more than just making holiday, it is an essential part of a a deeper personal development process.
Australia is my favourite spot of the world and this is why I have created this website, to share with you my travel experience on the 5th continent and help make you a memorable trip around Australia!!
When I first visited Australia in 2004, I soon fell in love with the richness of its unique environment, the friendly Australian people and their easygoing and relaxed lifestyle. I found it very much different from the European way of living!! One thing which most impressed me is the feeling of freedom and lightness that is sovereign anywhere you are. And this is something I very much appreaciate when travelling, especially if you like me love travelling alone.
